GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AGX heavy-duty single shaft shredder has a stainless steel special-shaped rotor with a diameter of 750mm and a rotating speed of 52rpm. Concave, four-way rotary knife is installed on the groove and special tool holder of the rotor, reducing the cutting gap between the counter knife and the rotor, ensuring high flow, low energy consumption and crushing effect. The hydraulic ram automatically feeds the material in the cutting cavity of the rotor through the load related control. The hydraulic system is equipped with high pressure valve and volume flow controller, which can be set according to the material fed. The very strong base bearing block is installed outside the machine and separated from the tear chamber to prevent dust and dirt from penetrating into the bearing. Improve service life and reduce maintenance costs. Power is transmitted from the motor via a drive belt through a large gearbox located on the rotor end shaft end. There are emergency stop buttons on the fuselage and control panel. When the front panel is opened, the safety switch can prevent the machine from starting.
