GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AGS standard single shaft shredder is made of 457mm diameter special-shaped rotor made of solid steel, and the rotation speed is 74rpm. The concave four-way rotary cutter is installed on the groove of the contour rotor and the special tool holder to reduce the cutting gap between the counter cutter and the rotor and ensure high efficiency, low energy consumption and tearing effect. The hydraulic ram automatically feeds the material in the cutting cavity of the rotor through the load related control. The hydraulic system is equipped with high pressure valve and volume flow controller, which can be set according to the feeding material. Strong base bearing block, separated from the cutting chamber to prevent dust and dirt from penetrating into the oversized bearing. This ensures long service life and minimum service and maintenance. Power is transmitted from the motor via a drive belt through a large gearbox located on the shaft end of one end of the rotor. There are emergency stop buttons on the fuselage and control panel. When the front panel is opened, the safety switch can prevent the machine from starting.
